At Clinical Audit AI, we prioritize the confidentiality of clinical research. Our system is designed around the principle of Transient Processing. We do not build databases of your research findings.

2. Document Handling & AI Processing

When you upload a PDF or paste clinical notes:

• Data is used solely to generate your 10-chapter audit report.
• Zero-Retention: Uploaded documents and text inputs are deleted from our temporary processing cache immediately after your PDF is generated.
• No AI Training: Your proprietary research data is never used to train, tune, or improve our AI models. Your intellectual property remains yours.

3. Secure Payment Handling

We do not collect or store credit card numbers, bank details, or government IDs. All financial transactions are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, who complies with global PCI-DSS standards.

4. Email & Communication

We collect your email address only to deliver your completed reports and provide support. We do not sell or share your contact information with third-party advertisers.

5. Your Rights

You may request a summary or deletion of any account-related data (such as email history) at any time by contacting us
