2. Document Handling & AI Processing

When you upload a PDF or paste clinical notes:

• • Information is processed solely to generate your requested clinical audit report.
• • Zero Retention: Uploaded files and pasted text are deleted from temporary processing immediately after report generation.
• • No AI Training: Your documents are never used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models.
• • Ownership of your research and documentation always remains with you.

3. Secure Payment Processing

Clinical Audit AI does not collect or store credit card numbers, bank account information, or government identification. All payments are securely processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, using industry-standard PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure.

4. Responsible Use of Clinical Information

Clinical Audit AI is designed to process uploaded documents for clinical audit generation and structured audit reporting. For initial testing, we recommend using sample, synthetic, or de-identified information whenever possible.

If your organization intends to use identifiable patient information, please first verify that Clinical Audit AI's current privacy, security, and contractual requirements are appropriate for your intended use case.

Clinical Audit AI provides audit-generation and documentation support. Generated reports should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional before being used for clinical, operational, regulatory, or research decisions.

5. Email & Communication

If you provide an email address, it is used only for report delivery, transactional communication, customer support, and service updates. We never sell or rent your personal information to advertisers.

You may request information about account-related data or request its deletion where applicable by contacting our support team.
